Thank you for referring this book to our family. I really liked the title of the book. It attracts the readers at a glance to open and know the reasons why we have these diseases . It clearly explains how we could change the lifestyle to overcome the stress which is the main reason for these diseases. Definitely, this book is a good guide for improving our health on a daily basis. I Liked the ALHP meal plan as well as the GRIT Plan.
